This Privacy Policy applies to the Linghui website and the product inquiry forms made available through it. “Linghui,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Linghui International Trading Co., Ltd., based in Yongkang, China.

This website is a business-to-business product catalog. It does not currently accept online payments, create customer accounts, or complete purchases online.

2. Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• your name, business email address, company and country or region;
• products, model numbers and inquiry-list items you select;
• target quantities, destination, packaging, customization and other requirements;
• the language used for the inquiry and related communication records.

Our hosting infrastructure may also generate technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. We do not ask you to submit payment-card details through this website.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• receive, organize and respond to product inquiries;
• prepare product suggestions, samples, quotations and order discussions;
• communicate about specifications, MOQ, packaging, delivery and customization;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated mass marketing without an appropriate basis or your consent.

Because Linghui serves overseas buyers from China, information may be processed in China and in other countries where relevant service providers or project partners operate. We take reasonable steps to limit access to the purpose for which the information was shared.

Inquiry and business correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, support a potential or completed transaction, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary according to the nature of the inquiry and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, provide access, correct inaccurate information, delete information no longer required, or stop certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally or commercially required.

7. First-party analytics and browser storage

The website uses browser local storage to remember products placed in your inquiry list. It also uses session storage to create a temporary identifier for the current browser tab and retain source or UTM attribution during that session.

Our first-party analytics records catalog searches and zero-result searches, filters, product views, inquiry-list actions, form progress, submitted inquiries and contact-link clicks. It stores page paths, UTM values, public product models and a daily one-way visitor hash; it does not store customer names, email addresses or raw IP addresses in the analytics table. Analytics events are retained for up to 400 days.

WordPress, the hosting environment and security systems may use essential technical cookies or logs needed to provide and protect the website. Linghui does not currently place advertising cookies or operate behavioral advertising through this website.

8. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. Please do not submit information about a child. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
